Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Each piece is handcrafted with care, so please allow additional time during busy periods.

Shipping Within New Zealand We offer standard shipping throughout Aotearoa. Delivery times vary by location:

  • North Island: 3-5 business days
  • South Island: 5-7 business days
  • Rural areas: 7-10 business days

International Shipping At the moment we are only offering international shipping to Australia. Delivery times vary by destination within Australia (typically 10-21 business days). Customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
